A meeting was held with the moderators of the categories of the SIS RT "Public Control" to review citizen notifications together with representatives of the ministries and departments of the republic.
In total, about 147,500 requests and notifications were received through various feedback channels in the first half of 2025. Of these, 45,957 were received through the SIS RT "Public Control", 47,097 through the feedback platform "Gosuslugi. Solve Together", 54,428 in the "Incident Management" system.
New areas of work have also appeared this year. Thus, closed categories related to illegal trafficking and propaganda of narcotics, as well as advertising of "quick money" by couriers or "droppers" have been introduced. The moderator of these categories is the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan.
State medical organizations are connected to the Feedback Platform, which has reduced the time for reviewing requests and promptly taken response measures. In addition, a new indicator has been approved in the Incident Management system - message resolution, which is used this year to assess the effectiveness of government agencies.
We also reviewed requests that remain unresolved, are in progress, or have already been completed. Following the meeting, I recommended that moderators work more actively with responsible executors: monitor compliance with deadlines, include applications in republican programs, and improve executive discipline. In cases of systemic problems, it is necessary to hold joint working meetings with the participation of responsible executors from municipalities.
