I'm on a working visit to Perm Krai!

During this visit, we're working with Igor Sapko, the Commissioner for Human Rights for Perm Krai.

Upcoming events include a meeting of the Coordinating Council of Commissioners for Human Rights in the Volga Federal District, on the topic of "Youth Participation in Human Rights Protection," as well as the All-Russian scientific and practical conference "Human Rights and Quality of Life - Key Guidelines for Population-Saving Policy."
