A meeting to review citizens' notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control" was held in Vysokogorsky District
We hold regular meetings to review citizen notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control" to improve work with requests from residents of the republic and promptly resolve the issues they raise.
Today, such a meeting was held in the Vysokogorsky District with the participation of the head of the Executive Committee of the Vysokogorsky Municipal District and representatives of the regional operator LLC management company PZhKH. During the meeting, we reviewed 47 citizen notifications. The main topics of the notifications include the maintenance and repair of municipal roads, comprehensive improvement of the territory, traffic management, installation of outdoor lighting, construction of a container site, removal of solid municipal waste and other pressing issues.
Following the discussion, the responsible executors were given recommendations to efficiently and promptly fulfill incoming notifications, promptly respond to them and exclude formal responses to citizen requests.
