The meeting of the republican August conference of education and science workers took place

In Innopolis, a plenary session of the republican August conference of education and science workers was held under the leadership of the Head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The main topic of the meeting was "Value guidelines of modern education".

During the meeting, the results of the work of teaching staff for the past academic year were summed up and tasks for the future were defined. It was noted that the construction and major repairs of schools continue in the republic, and it is also planned to renovate kindergartens and colleges. Since the beginning of the year, the equipment of labor and life safety classrooms has begun, and next year - fine arts, music and physics classrooms. By 2027, new labor and life safety classrooms will appear in 879 schools, 285 million rubles will be allocated for these purposes.

Particular attention was paid to the quality of education. Graduates' interest in natural sciences and engineering specialties has grown, the number of participants in the Unified State Exam in physics, chemistry, biology, specialized mathematics and computer science has increased. There is also an increase in interest in entering pedagogical universities.

From September 1, school chats in Tatarstan will be transferred to the national messenger Max. Tatarstan is among the six pilot regions of the country to implement this initiative.

Support for teachers remains an important area of ​​work. Rustam Minnikhanov made a decision to increase allowances for teachers, including young teachers. In addition, new grants will appear for teachers and kindergarten teachers. Other measures to support teachers are also expected - more than 1 billion rubles in total.

This year, work has also begun on three new national projects that are directly related to the education system - "Youth and Children", "Family", "Personnel".
