In Pestrechinsky District, a working meeting was held on issues of reviewing citizens' notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control"
Continuing work in the Pestrechinsky District, together with the head of the Pestrechinsky Municipal District Rais Suleimanov, we held a working meeting on issues of reviewing citizen notifications received through the SIS RT "Public Control".
A total of 31 notifications from citizens were reviewed at the meeting. Most often, the requests concerned issues of organizing traffic, arranging and modernizing playgrounds, organizing outdoor lighting, comprehensive improvement of territories, as well as the maintenance and repair of municipal roads.
Following the meeting, responsible executors were recommended to respond more quickly to complaints from citizens, efficiently execute incoming notifications and exclude a formal approach when working with them.
Assistance to citizens and attention to their requests always remain the most important conditions for improving the quality of life of people.
