A telephone hotline was launched to address issues of protecting the rights and supporting military personnel

Today, a telephone hotline was held in the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan on issues of protecting the rights and supporting military personnel.

Citizens were consulted by deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan "Merhemet - Mercy", representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the branch of the Social Fund of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Military Commissariat of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Kazan Garrison, the regional public-state organization "DOSAAF RT", the Association "Council of Municipalities, ANO "Committee of Families of Warriors of the Fatherland" of the Republic of Tatarstan.

📞 About 50 requests were received within the framework of the "hotline". Citizens' questions concerned the lack of regional payments and payments for injuries, including for the Wagner PMC, delays in the payment of wages to Special Military Operation participants, education for children of military personnel, the search for missing persons, benefits for Special Military Operation participants, clarification of the condition of a son who is in intensive care, failure to receive a combat participant certificate, as well as a medal "For Military Valor", provision of medical care, social support measures for children of a deceased Special Military Operation participant.

❗️Each request has been accepted for processing and will be processed jointly with the competent authorities.

Bulat Nazipov, our ward within the framework of the "Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan" program, also took part in the work of the "hotline". This program provides for an internship for Special Military Operation participants in state and local government bodies. Bulat is currently undergoing an internship in our Office and today, together with us, he consulted citizens.

Today, it is especially important to support our defenders and their families. Attention to their problems and readiness to provide assistance is our common duty and a debt of gratitude to those who defend the security and future of the country.
