We recently received an appeal from a resident of Kazan - citizen K. The applicant reported the unsatisfactory condition of the storm drain system and the covering on the children's playground in the courtyard of house No. 32 on F. Amirhan Street. The issues of the lack of cleaning of the territory, leaves and branches not removed from last year, due to which the covering of the playground was damaged, were also raised. In addition, the appeal stated that the edges of the storm drain posed a danger to people with limited mobility.
In order to protect the rights of the applicant, we contacted the administration of the Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts of Kazan to solve the identified problems. Thanks to our appeal, all necessary measures were taken. Thus, the adjacent territories and children's playgrounds were cleaned, and the storm drain grate was brought into proper condition by the State Institution "Glavtatdortrans".
