Courts will be able to maintain a deferment of sentences for pregnant women, single parents and parents of children under 14 years of age if a crime was committed through negligence or an intentional crime of minor or moderate severity.

If a person gives their bank card to fraudsters for a reward, they will be fined 100-300 thousand rubles or punished with compulsory labor for up to 480 hours. 📌 Migrants will be able to receive annual visas
Participants in the resettlement program and their family members will be able to receive private visas for up to one year with subsequent extension. It will also be easier to issue visas for foreign employees performing installation work, service and warranty maintenance, etc. They will be able to receive work visas for up to three months with subsequent extension of their validity for a period of no more than ninety days.
