A resident of Mamadyshsky District, citizen A., contacted me with a complaint about the failure to provide proper medical care at the State Autonomous Healthcare Institution "Mamadysh Central District Hospital".
According to the applicant, despite a chronic illness and diagnosed pneumonia, she was twice refused an appointment by a local doctor, as a result of which her health condition worsened. Citizen A. asked to conduct an investigation and assist in transferring her for subsequent observation and treatment to another general practitioner.
In order to protect the applicant's rights, I contacted the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan with a request to conduct an investigation and take the necessary measures. As a result, citizen A. was assigned to another local doctor, according to her application.
