I received an appeal from a resident of Kazan, citizen G., on behalf of her son, citizen I., a serviceman serving under a contract. The appeal raised two issues at once: the lack of full pay and the need to terminate the contract due to health reasons after being wounded.
Understanding the seriousness of the situation, we contacted the command of the military unit where the serviceman serves. As a result of the review, it was confirmed that citizen I. received payments for participation in the performance of special tasks in full. For the first half of November 2024, the payment will be made in the next billing period. It was explained that after the handover of affairs and position in April 2025, the serviceman continues to receive pay, but without additional payments, since he does not perform official duties.
To date, a decision has been made to dismiss citizen I. from military service due to health reasons from the unit lists to the reserve.
