Work of public assistants: results of the week in the districts of the republic
Over the past week, public assistants of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan held a number of events aimed at protecting the rights of citizens.
✅ In Kazan, visits were organized to correctional institutions Penal colony No.10 and Penal colony No. 5 in order to check the conditions of detention. A joint reception of citizens with a representative of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan also took place.
✅ In Pestrechinsky District, a reception of citizens was held together with the head of the municipal district Rais Suleimanov. In addition, they took part in a round table meeting dedicated to the Day of the Social Worker. Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov also participated in the event.
✅ In Alekseevsky District, they took part in the ceremonial presentation of passports to ten young citizens of Russia - an event that is always of particular importance for both the children and their families.
✅ In the Arsk region, we participated in a meeting of the draft board.
