I received information via the ESIS "Glonass+112" system about a difficult life situation in which a resident of Kazan, citizen R., the spouse of a participant in the special military operation, found herself.
To provide assistance and protect the rights of the applicant, we contacted the Administration of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts of Kazan. The applicant was invited to a personal meeting, registered and assigned to a personal curator.
The family was provided with a food package, as well as hygiene products for the child, taking into account age-related needs. On certain issues related to utilities and access to funds received into the spouse's account, the necessary recommendations were given.
