Today we held a meeting with the heads of executive committees of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting discussed issues of executive discipline when considering citizens' requests received through digital feedback platforms.
Since the beginning of the year, over 122 thousand requests have been registered in the feedback systems. The most pressing topics for residents of the republic remain "Improvement and Infrastructure", "Roads" and "Housing and Public Utilities".
Together with colleagues, we discussed in detail how important it is to respond to citizens' requests in a timely and high-quality manner. Unfortunately, in some cases the period for considering applications still exceeds the standard 30 days - this is especially typical for districts with a small number of requests.
At the same time, I would like to note the positive experience of Naberezhnye Chelny. Their approach to working with citizens can be safely recommended to other municipalities.
Timely response to citizens' requests is an effective mechanism for improving the quality of life!
