Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week
In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control", the employees of the Commissioner's Office monitor the notifications received in the system on a daily basis.
Over the past week, 5,492 notifications were published in the system, of which 1,880 measures were taken.
Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" by responsible executors:
✅ A resident of apartment building No. 40, block 5, Syuyumbike Avenue in Naberezhnye Chelny contacted the SIS RT "Public Control" system with a request to arrange a parking space for a car transporting a disabled child. As a result of reviewing the notification, the Administration of the Central District of Naberezhnye Chelny carried out work to organize a parking space (No. 6832298);
✅ the applicant sent a notice to the State Information System of the Republic of Tatarstan "Public Control" about the need to carry out work on mowing the grass on the territory of the playground in the courtyard of house No. 46 on Khalikova Street, Nurlat. The author of the notice reported that, despite appeals from residents of the house for 2 years, the HOA does not carry out work on the improvement of the adjacent territory. OOO "Neftyanik g. Nurlat" weeds on the adjacent territory and the territory of the playground were mown (No. 6906958);
✅ OOO "Management Company "Zarechye" issued a notice about the accumulation of large-sized garbage on the territory of the playground of house
No. 42 on Ilyicha Street, Kazan. Garbage removal was carried out (No. 6868746);
✅ The Executive Committee of the Bugulma District carried out pothole repair of the road on Sokolskaya Street, Bugulma. The notice reports the unsatisfactory condition of the road surface, numerous potholes have formed along the entire traffic lane, and as a result of cars falling into the potholes, strong splashes of dirty water are created on pedestrians walking along the sidewalk (No. 6842636).
