SIS RT "Public Control" in action: 1470 problems solved in a week!
In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control", the employees of the Commissioner's Office monitor the notifications received in the system on a daily basis.
Over the past week, 4,229 notifications were published in the system, of which 1,470 measures were taken.
Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" by responsible executors:
✅ A disabled person, a resident of an apartment building in Bugulma, contacted the SIS RT "Public Control" system with a request to install a ramp in his entrance. The applicant reported that it was difficult for him to go outside, thus an accessible environment was not provided for people with limited mobility. As a result of reviewing the notification, the Executive Committee of the Bugulma District carried out work to install a ramp and move the railings (No. 6793206);
✅ the applicant sent a notification to the State Information System of the Republic of Tatarstan "People's Control" about the need to improve the level of road safety at the intersection on Shosseynaya Street in Kazan, due to the increased number of road accidents, including fatal ones. The Transport Committee carried out work to equip this section of the road with an artificial road bump and install road signs limiting the speed limit to 40 km / h

✅ The Department of Urban Economy and Life Support of the Population of the Executive Committee of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny issued a notification about a hole that formed in the courtyard of house No. 41/03 in Naberezhnye Chelny. The applicant indicated that the hole formed in the winter during repair work, was subsequently filled with clay, but it was necessary to arrange an asphalt pavement. The responsible executors carried out pothole repairs

✅ The Almetyevsk District Executive Committee restored the well and its foundation. The notice reports the emergency condition of the well - the concrete is damaged, the outer part may collapse. The author of the notice notes that there is a playground nearby and this problem could lead to a threat to the health of minors (No. 6871379).
