Today I held a personal reception of citizens at the Reception Office of the President of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan. Such meetings are, first of all, an opportunity to hear people, to think about the difficulties our citizens face, and what we can do to help them.
The questions that the applicants addressed concerned difficult situations. Several requests were related to the search for relatives who went missing in the area of the special military operation - husbands, sons. The issues of receiving a subsidy for the purchase of housing and violations of rights in the field of education were also raised. All applicants were provided with legal assistance.
