Work in the GIS RT "People's Control" for the past week

In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control", the employees of the Commissioner's Office monitor the notifications received in the system on a daily basis.

Over the past week, 4,536 notifications were published in the system, of which 1,548 measures were taken.

Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" by responsible executors:

✅ The Executive Committee of the Bugulma District carried out pothole repair of the road in the Berezovskoye rural settlement (No. 6823169);

✅ The Executive Committee of the Zainsk District cleaned the territory of the Karmalka River bank in the city of Zainsk from garbage (No. 6819144);

✅State treasury institution "Glavtatdortrans" applied road markings on Fatykha Amirkhan Street in Kazan (No. 6833604);

✅The Executive Committee of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny repaired the parapet of the Gabdulla Tukay embankment in Naberezhnye Chelny (No. 6835691).

Over the past week, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan were most active in submitting notifications in the following categories:

🔺"Comprehensive improvement of the territory" - 1691;

🔺"Maintenance and repair of municipal roads" - 860;

🔺"Traffic management" - 357;

🔺"House maintenance" - 240;

🔺"Organization of outdoor lighting" - 225.
