Recently, through the ESIS "GLONASS +112" system, we received an appeal from citizen R., who is a participant in the home front. The applicant reported that she was expecting a gift on the eve of the holiday, but due to health reasons she could not independently contact the social security authorities.
To provide assistance, we turned to our public assistant in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny. Thanks to our joint work, a gift for citizen R. for Victory Day was not only prepared, but also personally presented by students of Municipal Autonomous Educational Institution "Secondary School No. 17".
