Today, it is more important than ever to protect the rights of those who perform combat missions and to support their loved ones.
Our Office held a telephone hotline on issues of protecting the rights and supporting military personnel. During its operation, 50 calls were received from citizens from different regions of the republic.
People contacted us with a variety of questions: about the accrual of cash payments, participation in the Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan program, appealing the decisions of commanders to refuse dismissal for family reasons, providing a free land plot, establishing the status and location of missing servicemen.
The topics of obtaining documents confirming participation in the special military operation, collecting child support, referral for a medical examination, registration of pension payments, appealing the decision of the military medical commission, as well as providing assistance in release from captivity were also raised.
A qualified consultation was organized for each request. A number of issues were resolved during the hotline itself, others were taken into work.
