Thanks to our assistance, it was possible to achieve the publication of information on the quality of drinking water
We recently received an appeal from a resident of the Vysokogorsk district and citizen R. regarding the provision of data on the quality of drinking water supplied to his settlement by the resource supplying organization "Vysokogorsk Kommunalnye Seti". The applicant asked to conduct an inspection for compliance with the requirements of the legislation on water supply.
We sent an appeal to the prosecutor's office of the Vysokogorsk district. During the review, it was established that the utility organization has an approved program for industrial control of the quality of drinking water and an agreement with the departmental chemical and bacteriological laboratory. However, previously, information on the results of water sample measurements was not posted on the official website of organization "Vysokogorsk Kommunalnye Seti", and there was no opportunity to get acquainted with information about the company's activities on the website.
Based on this fact, the general director of organization "Vysokogorsk Kommunalnye Seti" was issued a warning about the inadmissibility of violating the law.
At the time of completion of the inspection, a tab with the results of laboratory water tests was added to the official website and became available to consumers.
