Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week
In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control", the employees of the Commissioner's Office monitor the notifications received in the system on a daily basis.
Over the past week, 4,413 notifications were published in the system, of which 1,431 measures were taken.
Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" by responsible executors:
✅ The Executive Committee of the Almetyevsk District installed new elements of the playground on Rechnaya Street, Tikhonovka village, Almetyevsk District (No. 6818402);
✅ The State Institution "Glavtatdortrans" carried out pothole repair of the road in the Byurgan rural settlement of the Tukaevsky District (No. 6811879);
✅ The Executive Committee of the Pestrechinsky District cleaned up the territory of the bank of the Sula River, Tikhonovka village, Staroye Shigaleevo, Pestrechinsky District, from garbage (No. 6819109);
✅The External Improvement Committee restored the railing of the pedestrian bridge on Pobedy Avenue in Kazan (No. 6819504);
✅The Executive Committee of Zelenodolsk District eliminated the destruction of the road surface from the side of the bay in the village of Oktyabrsky, Zelenodolsk District (No. 6821116).
The most active notifications from residents of the Republic of Tatarstan over the past week were submitted in the following categories:
🔺"Comprehensive improvement of the territory" - 1531;
🔺"Maintenance and repair of municipal roads" - 841;
🔺"Organization of traffic" - 446;
🔺"Organization of outdoor lighting" - 210;
🔺"House maintenance" - 183.
