Personal communication with citizens remains the most important element in protecting human rights.
Today, together with the head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan, Valery Lipsky, we held a citizen's reception.
Citizens came to the reception with questions regarding criminal liability for falsification of evidence in an administrative case, the resumption of a criminal case against employees of the bailiff service, illegal actions by police officers, violations of labor legislation, as well as the possibility of spending a vacation without going to the unit at its location.
All requests were considered in detail. The applicants were given explanations, the necessary legal assistance and appropriate response were organized for each of the issues raised.
