From March 30 – new rules for electronic appeals to government bodies
❗From March 30, new rules established by Federal Law No. 547 of December 28, 2024 “On Amendments to the Federal Law “On the Procedure for Considering Appeals from Citizens of the Russian Federation” came into force.
Appeals to government agencies, local government bodies or officials sent by email will no longer be accepted.
Now, electronic appeals from citizens will only be considered if they are sent through:
✅ State Services Portal;
✅ Official websites of government agencies (provided that they provide identification of the individual);
✅ Other information systems that provide identification and authentication of the citizen.
The response will be sent to where you sent the appeal: to your personal account on the State Services portal or in another information system.
What remains the same?
❎Written appeals;
❎ Oral requests;
❎ Reply by e-mail, if you ask for it in your request!
