A meeting of the Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan was held to discuss the results of 2025

A meeting of the Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by Elena Kuzmicheva, was held in the Great Hall of the Kazan Palace of Labor.

It was noted that today the Federation of Trade Unions of Tatarstan remains one of the largest territorial trade union organizations in Russia, uniting approximately 700,000 union members. Over 200 agreements of various levels and approximately 5,000 collective bargaining agreements aimed at protecting the socioeconomic rights of workers are in effect in the republic.

By the end of 2025, the average monthly wage in the Republic of Tatarstan increased by 20% to 90,515 rubles. Tatarstan's trade unions are also actively involved in legalizing labor relations, bringing approximately 16,000 people out of the shadow economy. The registered unemployment rate remains at a historic low of 0.16%.

Special attention is being paid to supporting participants in the special military operation and their families. Since 2022, Tatarstan trade unions have sent approximately 500 million rubles in humanitarian aid to the special military operation zone, and 460 military personnel and their families have received spa treatment.

The meeting concluded with an awards ceremony for trade union activists and social partners.
