 About 40 citizens have contacted the telephone hotline on education issues.

 Citizens can always contact us for advice on issues that affect their rights and interests. It is important that everyone can receive timely clarification, especially when it comes to children's rights, social support and access to education. To this end, we regularly organize hotlines with the involvement of specialists and representatives of departments who are ready to answer the most pressing questions of citizens.

 Today, a telephone hotline on education issues was held, during which specialists answered important and sometimes difficult questions regarding support for families with children. During the telephone calls, explanations were given on benefits and allowances, support for education for children with disabilities, provision of technical rehabilitation equipment, and provision of free meals in schools for large families. Questions on educational programs and methodological materials used in classes in schools were also addressed.

It should be noted that the effectiveness of such events is also demonstrated by the fact that some requests are resolved “here and now”, while issues requiring more detailed study are submitted to the control of the Commissioner.
