Participated in the All-Russian scientific and practical conference "Human Rights and Quality of Life - Key Guidelines for the Population-Saving Policy of the Regions of the Russian Federation"

24 April 2026, Friday

In Perm, I participated in the All-Russian scientific and practical conference "Human Rights and Quality of Life - Key Guidelines for the Population-Preservation Policy of the Regions of the Russian Federation."

The conference was dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Human Rights Commissioner's office in Perm Krai. I congratulate my colleagues on this significant date!

At the event, I moderated the first section, "Family and Childhood - Key Values of the Population-Preservation Policy of the Modern State." I also presented a report in which I shared with colleagues the Republic of Tatarstan's experience in using digital technologies in human rights advocacy. I discussed how I handled citizen requests through the Tatarstan State Information System "Public Control," the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services, the "Incident Management" system, and the implementation of the "CARING FOR YOURS" project.

I paid special attention to the practice of analyzing the quality of services provided to the public on the Portal of State and Municipal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan and in the "RT Services" mobile app, within the "Make an Appointment with a Doctor" and "Pay for Housing and Utilities Utilities" services of the "Assessment of the Quality of Public Service Provision" service. We supervise this area jointly with the Ministry of Digital Development of the Republic, and the monitoring results are sent monthly to the relevant agencies.

During the discussion, colleagues voiced proposals for the further development of the institution of family and child support. These proposals will be further developed and submitted to the relevant government agencies.

The family is the foundation of society, and today it is especially important to develop systematic work to support it and strengthen traditional values.
