State awards were presented today by Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov

Today, the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov presented state awards to the most distinguished Tatarstan residents – laureates of the award for their contribution to the development of civil society institutions.

“I am glad to welcome in this hall the laureates of the republican award for their contribution to the development of civil society institutions,” said Rustam Minnikhanov. “Traditionally, the award ceremony takes place on the days of celebration of significant dates: yesterday, the whole country celebrated National Unity Day, and tomorrow – the Day of Adoption of the Constitution of Tatarstan.”

Among them are Ilsoyar Khalyaletdinovna Garifullina, the initiator of the establishment in Tatarstan of the Institute of Public Educators of Minors and the system of interdepartmental patronage of families and children in socially dangerous situations, Khabir Gazizovich Ishtiryakov, the head of the Regional Public Organization of Veterans (Pensioners) of Tatarstan, which unites more than 900 thousand people, Nailya Kamilevna Tazieva, the author and head of numerous projects aimed at preserving the historical memory of the exploits of the defenders of the Fatherland, protecting traditional spiritual and moral values, as well as developing tourism in Tatarstan.

Among those awarded are the Zakat Foundation, one of the oldest charitable foundations in Tatarstan, which today carries out a great deal of work to collect and deliver humanitarian aid to SVO fighters and their families, the civilian population of Palestine, the Public Organization "Blago" of the Bavlinsky District, which unites parents, guardians, trustees with children with disabilities, helps in solving their problems and issues, the Regional Public Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children with Leukemia named after Angela Vavilova, which systematically develops palliative care and provides comprehensive support to children with cancer. We work very closely with civil society institutions - our social partners are dozens of non-profit organizations and charitable foundations.
