Summarized the results of work in the first half of 2024 on digital platforms operating in the Republic of Tatarstan. SIS RT “Public Control”, feedback platform, “Incident Management”. In recent years, the population of our republic has been actively using information services to solve various issues, with the help of which it is possible to track the progress of work on the appeal, as well as to visually see the results.
So, for 6 months of 2024:
✅ 53,863 notices were published in the SIS RT “Public Control” taking into account returned notices from all statuses;
✅ The most active users of the system submitted notifications in the following areas: “Roads” - 21,146, “Improvement and infrastructure” - 20,657, “Housing and communal services” - 4,224, “Solid municipal waste” - 2,530, “Transportation” - 1,307, “Ecology” - 752, “Trade” - 674, “Health care” - 674, “Public health” - 674, “Health care” - 674, “Health care” - 674. - 674, “Health Care” - 560 and other areas;
✅ Municipalities, ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan received more than 58 thousand incidents, the average response time amounted to 4 hours and 40 minutes;
✅ the PIC received 35,193 messages.
