I would like to remind you that the Human Rights Commissioner of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Military Commissariat of the Republic of Tatarstan, carries out systematic work on the observance of the rights of conscripts of the republic, including escorting military teams with young recruits to places of service and visiting military units to study the living conditions of servicemen from Tatarstan.
