The School of Legal Knowledge continues its work! Today the class touched upon an important topic concerning many young people - the right of conscript.
Together with the head of the department of training and conscription for military service of the Military Commissariat of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Karimov Stepanova Elena Yurievna, Head of the Department for Restoration of Rights of Citizens of my Apparatus before the conscripts at the Team Point of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Olena Yurievna told about where and to whom conscripts and their parents can turn, in case of questions related to the service and (or) violation of their rights, as she noted our activities to escort military teams to the duty station, military visit. Ilshat Gabdulovich spoke about the rights and obligations of conscripts, the urgent issues of food and medical care, the cases that a conscript may encounter during service, and how to avoid them.
The children will serve in all regions of the Russian Federation. Our task is to ensure that the rights of young people who are doing their civic duty are respected.
