Work in GIS RT "People’s control" for the past week

In order to improve the quality of consideration of notifications in the GIS «People’s Control» employees of the Office of the Commissioner daily monitor the incoming notifications system.

In the past week, the system received 4,696 notifications, of which 1,831 were acted upon.

Traditionally, I want to tell you about the examples of operational solution of issues received through GIS RT «People’s control», responsible performers in municipalities:

The External Improvement Committee of the Executive Committee of t. Kazan restored the lattice of the storm drain on the street. Kul Gali (  5723938);

✅Kukmor District Executive Committee organized garbage collection in Manzaras rural settlement of Kukmor district (  5740261);

✅Executive Committee of Nurlat district repaired road with gravel-sand mixture in Selengushsky rural settlement of Nurlat district (  3403066);

✅Executive Committee of Zelenodolsky district restored a lamppost on the street. Friendship (  5733468);

✅The Executive Committee of the Nizhnekamsk District in order to ensure the safety of citizens when moving on the street. Chulman performed works on arrangement of artificial roughness (  3703192).

Most actively residents of the Republic of Tatarstan filed notifications in the following categories:

📍"Complex improvement of the territory" - 1 550;

📍"Maintenance and repair of municipal roads" - 721;

📍Organization of outdoor lighting" - 241;

📍"Organization of traffic" - 223;

📍"Keeping the house" - 151.
