Training of responsible executives of ministries, departments and municipalities on work in the GIS RT «People’s control»
The staff of the Office of the Human Rights Commissioner in the Republic of Tatarstan continues to train the responsible officials of ministries, departments and municipalities on work in the GIS «People’s control».
Head of the GIS department of RT «People’s Control» Rustem Nizamiyev held an educational seminar at the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of KFU, where he introduced the trainees to working in the system and the best practices in the field of feedback between the authorities and the public.
In carrying out this work, we are able not only to equip the responsible executives for the work in the system with knowledge, but also to jointly solve systemic problems of citizens and consider the proposals of all interested persons.
The work of GIS RT «People’s control» does not stop for any day. So just for the first seven months of this year, 77% of notifications published by you in the system have been resolved.
