Appeal decided positively
The category of children in need of special State care primarily includes children with special health needs.
Social support from the State makes life much easier by helping families with disabled children to support their individual and family development and protect the rights of all family members. We are involved in all forms of working with appeals from family members raising disabled children.
For example, I received an appeal from a citizen O. through a public assistant concerning the refusal to grant the last monthly payment to unemployed persons able to work, caring for a disabled child under 18 years of age or disabled since childhood of group I.
One of the conditions for establishing a monthly payment is the absence of work and (or) other activities. This condition was met by the claimant, but monthly payment was refused.
Having carefully studied all the circumstances of this application, I immediately sent a letter to the Managing Director of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan, asking to pay close attention to the fact, that the applicant has been removed from the register as an individual entrepreneur and is not currently employed.
As a result of the consideration of our application, the decision of the management of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan has taken a positive decision, and the applicant has established a monthly payment.
