Work in GIS RT "People’s control"

On a daily basis, the Office of the Human Rights Commissioner in Tatarstan assists in resolving the issues of citizens who have applied to «People’s Control» GIS.

During the past week, 5,110 notifications were received, of which 1,904 were followed up.

Traditionally we share examples of positive and prompt decision of notifications by responsible performers in GIS RT «People’s control»:

✅Administration of Kirovsky and Moscow Districts of the Executive Committee of Kazan has restored paved pavement on the street. Mullanur Vakhitova (  5560827);

✅Sarmanovsky District Executive Committee mowed grass along Lenin Street (  5688958);

✅Zain District Executive Committee repaired the road surface of the crushed-sand mixture on the street. Ozerna (  4901652);

✅Executive Committee of Almetevsky district brought sand to the children’s sandbox in the yard on the street. Dostoevsky (  5694536);

✅Apastova Municipal District Executive Committee repaired a fountain in the Apastova District (  5675812).

Most actively residents of the Republic of Tatarstan filed notifications in the following categories:

📍"Complex landscaping of the territory" - 1 519;

📍"Maintenance and repair of municipal roads" - 915;

📍Organization of traffic" - 299;

📍"Utilities" - 199;

📍"Organization of outdoor lighting" - 150.
