Every spring and autumn, thousands of young conscripts from all over the country go to serve their homeland, and a year later, the grown-up and adults return home. Most of the future soldiers are the graduates of the school and university, who have received diplomas and do not have the right to postponement from service. The important thing is: is it easy to serve, is the learning process interesting, is there a connection with parents, is the form appropriate, how organized the food and medical care, what are the future goals of young people?
Today, from 10.00 to 15.00, a telephone "hotline" for conscription into the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation worked in our Office of the Commissioner. The importance and priority of this work is undoubtedly high. Many questions need to be raised not only at the regional level, but also at the federal level, and such "hotlines" help us to find out what is bothering the population, to identify problems that at first glance do not seem obvious.
We gave explanations to residents of the republic together with deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Airat Farrakhov, representatives of the military prosecutor’s office of the Kazan garrison, prosecutor’s office of the city, military commissariat of Tatarstan. With colleagues we have developed a clear system of response to all emerging issues, and many problems of the applicants were solved during the conversation.
Of course, the questions concerned conscription under contract, conscription, assistance in obtaining high-quality medical care after injury, receiving a delay, etc.
