Admission of citizens to FCU IK-5 UFCIN of Russia in Tatarstan
In order to realize the right of everyone to receive qualified legal assistance guaranteed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation (article 48, paragraph 1), today, with the assistance of invited specialists, within the framework of the Legal Aid Days, The Correctional Colony 5 of the Federal Penal Correction Service of Russia was held in the Republic of Tatarstan, where everyone could address a question of interest to him and get legal advice.
Those serving sentences in a correctional institution had the opportunity to obtain clarifications on issues of concern to them from representatives of the Prosecutor’s Office, the Bar Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Notary Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, the FCU «Chief Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise of the Republic of Tatarstan», social protection bodies of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, Branches of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan and public organizations.
The next Legal Aid Day is scheduled for July.
