Provision of medicines to citizens is the most important part of the national healthcare system and a key factor for the health and well-being of people. All citizen requests for the provision of necessary medicines are under our close attention.

Issues of alimony collection remain relevant for many families, and assistance in resolving them often requires a comprehensive approach. After all, it is not only about financial obligations, but also about the child's rights to a decent life. Each parent, whether father or mother, must be responsible for their child, and the state provides all the necessary mechanisms to protect these rights.

Dear residents of Tatarstan! I congratulate you with all my heart on Father's Day! I remember my dad: his warm hands and delicious breakfasts in the morning. A father is a support and an example for his children.

2024 has been declared the Year of the Family in Russia, and support for family values occupies an important place in our work. We pay special attention to protecting the rights of foster and guardian families, as well as children who were left without parental care against their will. During the year, we met with families, organized citizen receptions, analyzed the activities of guardianship and trusteeship authorities, as well as institutions for orphans. Particular attention was paid to families in difficult life situations.

Working with senior citizens is always a special responsibility. The older generation is actively interested in legal issues, continues to study and is at the center of public life, which inspires respect.

One of the most important components of the health care system is primary health care. Every citizen has the right to receive free qualified medical care.

On October 16, 2024, a closed screening of the first full-length feature documentary film about protecting the lives of children before birth, "Mom's Letter", was held at the Cinema 5 movie theater. The film was shot on the initiative of the first public Orthodox TV channel "Spas" in cooperation with the film company "Amalgama Studio" with the support of the "Maternal Happiness" foundation.

We continue to visit the districts of our republic in order to monitor the quality of execution of notifications of citizens in the SIS RT " Public Control" covering socially significant issues of the population.

Young families are the future of our society. It is important to support them on the path to creating harmonious relationships, to help them find a balance between personal happiness and responsibility to each other.

Today during the joint reception of citizens with the head of the State Bureau of Justice for Tatarstan 9 appeals were considered. Citizens raised a variety of topics: housing issues, delaying the investigation, limiting access to the flat, as well as issues of social protection.
