Due to the intervention of the republic's Ombudsman, the violation of the medical institution was eliminated

One of the most important components of the health care system is primary health care. Every citizen has the right to receive free qualified medical care.

A resident of Kazan contacted me with a complaint about the improper provision of medical care to her minor child in one of the city's medical institutions. Having studied all the circumstances, I immediately sent requests to the Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the head of the territorial body of the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare and the Prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan.

As a result of the prosecutor's inspection, it was revealed that the medical institution had indeed committed violations in providing services to the child. Based on the inspection results, the prosecutor's office submitted a submission to the chief physician of the medical institution with a demand to eliminate the identified violations. Currently, the prosecutor's response act is under consideration.

In order to achieve the complete elimination of all violations, this appeal remains under control.
