A lesson of the School of Legal Knowledge for students of the University of the "Third Age"
Working with senior citizens is always a special responsibility. The older generation is actively interested in legal issues, continues to study and is at the center of public life, which inspires respect.
Today, as part of the School of Legal Knowledge for students of the University of the "Third Age", a lesson was held on the provision of free legal assistance and human rights issues. The event took place at the Social Fund of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, and about 90 people took part in it. The speaker was the First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilya Gomzik, who spoke in detail about the activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and the opportunities for citizens to receive free legal assistance.
In turn, in our speech, we focused on the rights of citizens and the opportunities to protect their interests. We talked about where to go, as well as about the SIS RT "Public Control" system. In addition, we answered all the questions received from the participants.
Such attention to legal issues among our senior students is an excellent example for everyone. They learn to understand their rights and use them to solve important life issues. We are always happy to support them and help them in this endeavor.
