Provision of medicines to citizens is the most important part of the national healthcare system and a key factor for the health and well-being of people. All citizen requests for the provision of necessary medicines are under our close attention.

Recently, I received an appeal from a resident of Kazan, a disabled person of the third group, with a complaint about the long-term non-provision of a vital medicine. During the consideration of the appeal, we immediately sent a letter to the Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan with a request to take measures to provide him with medicines.
