Today, another lecture on HIV prevention was held in FGI PC-19 of the Federal Penitentiary Institution of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. Lectures, discussions with psychologists, doctors and lawyers help inmates to get the necessary information and support. Such events help to raise awareness among inmates about the importance of HIV prevention and contribute to the preservation of their health. The work of psychologists also plays an important role in maintaining the psychological well-being of inmates in prison. The institution was visited by Gulia Balafendieva, Deputy Chairman of the Public Council at the Penitentiary Department of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, Public Assistant of the Commissioner of Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan, and the team of the project “HIV Prevention in Penitentiary Institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from citizen Sh. in the interests of his son, who lives in Rybno-Slobodsky district, about disagreement with the accrued fee for the utility service for solid waste management.  

The extraordinary 41st session of the Pestrechi District Council was held today in the Great Hall in the administration building.  

The State Duma of the Russian Federation has adopted a law on expanding support measures for young specialists. According to the law, a young specialist will be considered to be a person who is employed for the first time in his or her specialty, regardless of previous work experience.  

As human rights defenders, we are as public and open to people as possible. As a rule, people come to see me and my staff with problems, with problems, who are tired of going to offices. For this purpose, we hold weekly receptions of citizens.  

Kazan Federal University hosts the International Round Table “International Labor Law: Genesis, Problems and Prospects of Development (to the 120th anniversary of the first labor agreement and the 105th anniversary of the International Labor Organization)”.

Today we held a meeting of the Project Office of the Regional Management Center in the Republic of Tatarstan on the issue of consideration of citizens' messages received in SIS RT “Public Control” and through the Feedback Platform of FSIS “Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (Functions)” based on the results of the 1st quarter of 2024.  

The fifty-third session of the State Council of the sixth convocation will be held on April 19 at 10.00 hours. Such a decision was made today at a meeting of the Presidium of the Parliament. The deputies plan to consider 16 issues, including drafts of five republican laws and six federal bills.  

In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS “Public Control”, employees of the Office of the Commissioner monitor the notifications received in the system on a daily basis.
