The appeal was resolved positively!

Any appeal received by our Office is a chance to change someone's life for the better. Often people come to us when they have already exhausted all options, and our task is to support them and achieve justice.

Recently, citizen G. from Chistopol contacted me with a request for help. Her housing was recognized as unfit for habitation, and in connection with this, the applicant contacted the local government body of the city of Chistopol with a request to provide her with temporary housing from the maneuverable fund. However, the premises offered to her by the local government body turned out to be in unsatisfactory condition: without wallpaper, doors, and common areas also required repair work. For this reason, citizen G. was forced to refuse temporary housing, and the situation remained unresolved.

After our intervention and an on-site inspection, the Chistopol City Executive Committee decided to carry out cosmetic repairs in the proposed residential premises, after which citizen G. will be able to move into comfortable housing. This situation is another reminder that even in difficult circumstances, you can achieve a result. We are always ready to support those who need help, so that everyone can count on the protection of their rights and decent living conditions.
