Work in SIS RT “Public Control” for the past week

In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the State Information System of the Republic of Tatarstan “Public Control”, employees of the Office of the Ombudsman conduct daily monitoring of notifications received in the system.

Over the past week, 4,632 notifications were published in the system, of which 1,465 were followed by action.

Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the GIS RT "People's Control" by responsible executors:

⚡MSI "Organizer of Passenger Transportation" installed an information board at the "Minskaya" stop in Kazan (No. 6558171);

⚡MUE Naberezhnye Chelny "Avtomobilnykh Dorogi Enterprise" carried out pothole repair on Marshal Zhukov Street in Naberezhnye Chelny (No. 6561671);

⚡SPI "Glavtatdortrans" carried out work on the installation of an artificial bump on Tsentralnaya Street, Chernyshevka Village, Vysokogorsky District
(No. 6536761);

⚡The Executive Committee of the Bugulma District removed construction waste from Tchaikovsky Street in Bugulma (No. 6568729).

Over the past week, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan were most active in submitting notifications in the following categories:

🔺"Comprehensive improvement of the territory" - 428;

🔺"Maintenance and repair of municipal roads" - 202;

🔺"Organization of outdoor lighting" - 151;

🔺"House maintenance" - 116;

🔺"Organization of traffic" - 63.
