The Commissioner for human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Saburskaya had a business trip to Nurlat municipal region.

Training seminar-conference on the topic of “The promotion of labour rights of citizens" was held by public assistants of the Commissioner for human rights together with the Coordinating Council for the protection of labor in Zelenodolsk region on June 17, 2014.

On June 9-10 Moscow hosted the Coordination Council of Commissioners for human rights chaired by Ella Pamfilova, where the Commissioner for human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Saburskaya took part.

Nowadays more than 200 conscripts, military men and their parents took part in sociological research on the topic of observance of the rights of citizens called to military service, which was conducted by the Ombudsman of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Military Commissariat of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On May 22, the meeting of the Coordination Council under the Administration of the Ministry of justice of Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan, which was held in the building of the Federal state institution penal colony-19in the Republic of Tatarstan. The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the meeting and delivered a report on "Social adaptation of persons released from prison," where she outlined the most urgent issues with which such group of people address to the Tatarstan ombudsman.

Om May 7 the Commissioner for human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Saburskaya and the Chairman of the Public Monitoring Commission of the Republic of Tatarstan Larissa Rascheskova visited temporary detention center for foreign citizens and stateless persons to be deported from the Russian Federation which is situated in Kazan, Esh uram street, 8.

On April 29, 2014 an inspection on the appeal of citizens received by the State Information System "Public control" was organized.

Public assistants of the Commissioner for human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan continue to speak at the meetings of the regional sessions. Public assistants have already spoken at the meetings in Chistopol, Drozhzhanovsk, Aksubaevsk municipal regions and in Chelny.
