On a daily basis, the Office of the Human Rights Commissioner in Tatarstan assists in resolving the issues of citizens who have applied to «People’s Control» GIS.

During the past week, 5,110 notifications were received, of which 1,904 were followed up.

Today, within the framework of the meeting of the Project Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, Tatarstan summed up the results of the first half of the year and considered the issues of the executive discipline of the responsible officers on consideration of communications and notifications of citizens, coming through the GIS RT «People’s Control»«Unified portal of state and municipal services (functions)» «We solve together», «Incident-management».

The MROT is the minimum wage. It is the amount that an employer is required to pay an employee for a full month of eight-hour work. The requirement applies to any profession - whether it is a promoter, driver or CEO.

We monitor citizens' communications on a daily basis. During the six months of 2023, residents of the republic and regions applied to the Office of the Human Rights Commissioner in the Republic of Tatarstan 3180 times, of which 413 were oral, received as part of a personal visit, and 1736 - written, received by the Office of the Commissioner through various communication channels, 1031 - through the system of providing emergency services call through a single number «112».
