Today opened the International scientific and practical conference «Effective practices of ombudsmen: national peculiarities and universal approaches».

The purpose of this conference is to discuss the practice of protecting human rights in the world, Russia, Tatarstan, exchange of experience in solving problems of ensuring citizens' rights.

Human Rights Commissioner in Tatarstan Saria Saburskaya: "I am convinced that the event will be an important platform for the exchange of views, knowledge and experience of professionals professionally engaged in human rights activities, and effective mechanisms for the realization of human rights and freedoms will be reflected in the program documents of the conference".
