The Office of the Ombudsman for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from the convict L., who is serving her sentence in Federal Penitentiary Institution hospital-type penitentiary institution-7 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Chuvash Republic-Chuvashia. The applicant disagreed with the punishment imposed on her during her stay in jail-1 of the Udmurt Republic. According to the convict, the reprimand had been imposed in breach of the provisions of the legislation in force.
In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the State Information System of the Republic of Tatarstan “Public Control”, employees of the Office of the Ombudsman conduct daily monitoring of notifications received in the system.
