The Baltasinsky District Executive Committee held a working meeting with responsible officials from the Baltasinsky, Kukmorsky, Arsky, Atninsky, and Sabinsky districts on handling citizen requests and notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control" and the Public Service System.
During the meeting, we discussed the organization of handling citizen requests and notifications received through digital feedback platforms. We also reviewed approximately 50 citizen requests and notifications received from the Baltasinsky, Kukmorsky, Arsky, Atninsky, and Sabinsky districts. Using specific examples, we discussed the most common errors in processing requests, identified problematic issues, and developed recommendations aimed at improving the quality of handling citizen requests.
Residents most frequently inquire about the following categories: "Water," "Municipal Road Maintenance and Repair," "Comprehensive Landscaping," "Parks and Squares," "Outdoor Lighting," "Building Maintenance," "Routine Building Repairs," "Traffic Management," and "Container Yard Maintenance."
Following the meeting, I emphasized the importance of coordinated interagency cooperation, a responsible approach to reviewing each request, and a prompt response to citizen inquiries.
Following the meeting, I also held a personal meeting with citizens. During the meeting, a district resident contacted me regarding the payment of her son's allowance, a participant in a special military operation. The applicant was provided with the necessary clarifications under current legislation, as well as recommendations for further action. I have taken certain issues under review for further investigation.
I strive to make the most of every visit to municipalities, focusing not only on organizing the handling of citizen inquiries but also on personal interactions with residents!
