Work in SIS RT “Public Control” for the past week
In order to protect the rights of citizens, the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan pays special attention to monitoring the timely and high-quality consideration of notifications received by the SIS RT “Public Control”. Throughout the week, employees of the Commissioner’s Office monitored the progress of consideration of notifications daily, which made it possible to quickly respond to citizens’ questions.
Over the past week, the SIS RT “Public Control” published
4,308 notifications, action was taken on 1,263 notifications.
Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS RT “Public Control”:
- The Executive Committee of the Nizhnekamsk Municipal District repaired the road surface along Khimikov Avenue from the side of house No. 48 in Nizhnekamsk (No. 7604334);
- resident of house No. 30 on the street. Michurin of Zelenodolsk reported the unsatisfactory condition of the sandbox on the playground. LLC “UK “Zhilkompleks” sandbox was painted and sand was delivered (No. 7662208);
- MUP "ENTERPRISE OF HIGHWAYS" decided to notify about the arrangement of a ramp on the pedestrian stairs on the street. 40 years of Victory, Naberezhnye Chelny (No. 7664675);
- The system received a notification about the abandoned state of the only children's playground located in the village of Nizhnyaya Maktama, Almetyevsk district. The area is completely overgrown with tall grass and nettles. The mowing work was carried out by the Nizhnemaktama Executive Committee (No. 7642272).
Over the past week, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan most actively submitted notifications to the SIS RT “Public Control” in the following categories:
- “Comprehensive territory improvement” - 1,654;
- “Maintenance and repair of municipal roads” - 863;
- “Organization of traffic” - 281;
- “Organization of outdoor lighting” - 276;
- “House maintenance” - 252.
You can contribute to improving the quality and living conditions of the residents of our republic by simply submitting an application to the SIS RT “Public Control” using the “Public Control” mobile application or on the SIS RT portal, as well as by sending a message to the feedback platform through the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services.
