14 July 2026, Tuesday

As part of the Week of Citizen Receptions on Labor Rights Protection, organized by the Regional Public Reception Office of the Chairman of the United Russia Party, D.A. Medvedev, Zulfiya Gilmutdinova, Head of the Department for the Restoration of Citizens' Rights at the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan, participated in a live broadcast on the topic "Labor Relations in 2026: Risks, Protection Methods, and the Procedure for Appealing."

During the broadcast, the Office's work on protecting the labor rights of residents of the Republic was discussed, as well as the mechanisms currently in place to promptly respond to citizen inquiries.

We have now built a multi-channel feedback system. Citizen inquiries are processed not only through in-person receptions and written requests, but also through the SIS RT "Public Control," the Feedback Platform, and the Incident Management system, which allows for prompt response to signals received from social media.

We are paying particular attention to our work in the municipal districts of the Republic. We regularly conduct field visits, hold in-person meetings with citizens, and meet with workforces. Close cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan and the State Labor Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan remains an important component of our work.

If you believe your labor rights have been violated or need legal advice, you can always contact the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan. During business hours, the Office's staff provides in-person consultations and advice to citizens.

You can submit a written request in any convenient way: in person at 61 Karl Marx Street, Kazan, through the Commissioner's online reception, or through the Gosuslugi portal. No request is ignored!
